Parking

Hilton $30/day self-park, $35 valet for hotel guests. The Locust street garage is a short walk to the Conference Center, most of which is a covered walkway, and is $1/hr. with a maximum charge of $7/day, free after 6 pm and on weekends. In-town transportation

Knoxville Area Transit operates a FREE Trolley in the downtown area. Route maps and real-time locations of trolleys are available at https://katbus.com/schedules-maps/#free-trolley

Airport transportation

McGhee Tyson Airport is an 18-25 minute drive from downtown Knoxville. Please note that the airport shuttles take you to their nearest hotel in Alcoa, NOT to Knoxville, and there is no public transportation or other bus service between the airport and downtown. The best way to get from the airport to hotel is by taxi.

Rental cars – Service counters are near the baggage claim for Alamo, Avis, Budget, Enterprise, Hertz, National, Dollar, and Payless car rental companies.

Taxis and rideshare – Both Uber and Lyft will pick up at the airport, and there are a number of taxi companies that service the airport. Reservations are recommended, and fares for taxi and rideshare are $30 to $60 depending on the time of day, being more expensive during morning and evening rush-hour.

There is so much to do in Knoxville! Market Square is a short walk from the hotel and has shopping, casual dining, and nightlife. Check out the Old City for a wide variety of restaurants and fine dining options.

Right across the greenway from the Convention Center is the Knoxville Museum of Art, open Tuesday-Saturday from 10 am to 5 pm (free admission). https://knoxart.org/
