American Society of Reclamation Sciences’ 44th Annual Meeting will be held in downtown Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania in June of 2027 at the David Lawrence Convention Center.
Pittsburgh is the Steel City because of its natural resources and is a fitting venue for our annual conference at the confluence of our rich mining heritage and the future of the science of reclamation. We are meeting where Allegheny and Monongahela rivers join to form the mighty Ohio, where we can stand at the Point and look to the future where mineral extraction can continue to be conducted in an environmentally responsible manner.
We are excited to share this vibrant and diverse city with those seeking to gain and better understanding of how to work together to reclaim a future that benefits all generations.
